TREURENBERG is the first Net-Zero energy office building to be completed in Brussels. Its construction required the most advanced techniques to achieve a Net-Zero energy building certified BREEAM Excellent and to allow the public to see from the street an unknown part of Brussels first city walls from the 13th century.

It is built around an atrium with nine levels, and offers 10,500 sqm of office space. The top three levels open onto one of the largest usable rooftop terraces for an office building in Brussels.

On this year’s edition of mipim awards, the project came out a winner in the category ‘best innovative green building’.

D2S International is a proud partner in this project and takes care of the acoustic studies, in the design phase as well as during execution.
