Tondelier, a redevelopment project by Oryx Projects, is situated in the Rabot neighbourhood in Ghent. The project comprises residential housing, public facilities, a park, a nursery and offices. The design is by architects Rapp+Rapp.
The project is being developed in a period of 10 years with an end date in 2024. Phase 1 is ongoing (including Nieuwe Molens and Kronos), phase 2 will soon be started.
D2S International is responsible for the acoustical studies of the Nieuwe Molens building, including both renovation and new development of apartments, offices and horeca.
